01Careers
We are a small practice doing structural work: registers, controls, documentation and reporting that clients run long after we leave. That means our people own real workstreams early, with a written standard behind them and a named reviewer beside them.

In a 2–10 person practice you present your own work to client stakeholders within the first quarter, not the second year.
After probation we fund one accredited qualification per year and grant study leave for examinations.
