Who controls your data

The data controller is Averon Analytics Private Limited (trading as Averon Analytics), Unit 4B, 4th Floor, Tower C, Prestige Tech Park Road, Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru 560103, Karnataka, India. CIN U74999KA2021PTC148372.

For anything in this notice, including requests about your own data, write to privacy@flowras.com. We aim to respond within thirty days.

What we collect

When you submit an application form on this site, we receive the information you type into it:

• The role you applied for.
• Your name.
• Your email address.
• Your phone number.
• Your current location (city and state or province).
• Your years of work experience.
• Anything you choose to write in the free-text message box.

Our web server also records technical information that arrives with the submission: your IP address, your browser user-agent string, the page you submitted from, the time of submission, and, where the visit came from one of our job advertisements, a short campaign reference so we can tell which advertisement produced the application.

Please do not send us identity documents, financial details, health information, or any other sensitive category of data through this form. We do not need them at the application stage and we do not ask for them.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your details for one purpose: to assess your application for the role you applied to and to contact you about it. If you are shortlisted, the same details are used to arrange calls and the written exercise described on the role page.

The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in recruiting for open positions, and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract of employment. The technical and campaign data is used in aggregate to measure which advertisements work; it is not used to build a profile of you or to make an automated decision about your application. Every application is read by a person.

Who sees it

Your application is read by the hiring reviewer for the role and, where relevant, the practice lead. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with other employers or recruitment agencies, and we do not use it for marketing.

Our website and mail are operated on infrastructure provided by third-party hosting suppliers acting on our instructions. Data is stored in India and the European Union.

How long we keep it

• Unsuccessful applications: deleted twelve months after the role closes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Applications we would like to revisit: kept for up to twenty-four months, but only where you have told us that is acceptable.
• Successful applications: transferred into the employee record and retained under our normal employment record retention rules.
• Server logs and campaign references: retained for ninety days, then discarded.

Your rights

You can ask us to do any of the following, free of charge:

• Confirm whether we hold data about you, and give you a copy of it.
• Correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your application data.
• Stop using your data for a particular purpose, or object to our use of it.
• Withdraw consent where you previously gave it, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.

Send the request to privacy@flowras.com from the address you applied with, or tell us enough for us to find your record. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a deletion request. If you are unhappy with our response you are entitled to complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to the supervisory authority in your own country if you applied from outside India.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. If you arrive from one of our job advertisements, the advertisement reference travels in the page address and is stored with your application only if you submit the form.

We never charge candidates

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle application data we will update this page and the date shown at the top of it. Material changes affecting candidates whose applications are still open will be sent to them by email.
