Customer Success Manager

Flowras is a recruitment CRM that helps talent teams build, warm and re-engage their talent pool. As our first Customer Success Manager, you will be the person who makes sure recruiting teams and staffing agencies actually get value from Flowras — turning a cold candidate database into a warm, segmented pool they re-engage on every new role.

What you will do

• Own onboarding and data migration for new customers — importing, deduplicating and organizing their candidate pool.
• Drive adoption of segments, nurture sequences and engagement analytics so teams build a genuine warm pool.
• Run regular check-ins and reviews; help customers connect Flowras usage to shorter time-to-hire.
• Be the voice of the customer — gather feedback and feed it into the product roadmap.
• Own renewals and proactively reduce churn.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or recruiting / talent acquisition.
• Excellent written and spoken English — most customer communication is in writing.
• Comfortable learning and explaining SaaS tools; bonus for CRM or ATS familiarity.
• Genuine empathy for recruiters and for candidate experience.
• Able to work IST hours and self-manage in a remote, early-stage team.
